Following the Community Design Event in July 2023 further community engagement is taking place and you're invited by Homes England to attend the Community Update Exhibition.
In August Homes England submitted a planning application (reference R24/0733) to Rugby Borough Council, seeking consent for proposals to improve a section of Cawston Lane, and also create a new single carriageway road (the Community Spine Road).
Following the postponement of the Community Update Exhibition due to the General Election on July 4th, Homes England has released a broadsheet detailing progress and next steps for the masterplan development.

Plans for a new 2km Homestead Link Road (HLR) and landscaped green space corridor in Dunchurch were approved by Rugby Borough Council.
The Community Design Event gave the local community the opportunity to share local knowledge and help shape the new vision for Homestead View.
These engagement events will consist of an exhibition open on a drop-in basis throughout the three days and a chance to participate in workshops and hands-on planning groups.
Homes England’s archaeology contractor will be carrying out trial trenching works along the route of the proposed Homestead Link Road.
